Laminated glass is a type of glass that is used in many areas today and is known for its reliability. You can order 3+3, 4+4, 5+5, 6+6, 8+8, 10+10 or 12+12 thick laminated glass with the features you want. Laminated glasses provide sound insulation, prevent UV rays, do not disperse when broken, and are available in a variety of colors (transparent, smoked, bronze, gold, black, etc.). Tempered glass is a type of glass that is 5 times more durable than normal glass. Unlike normal glass, when broken, it is not in large sizes that can harm people and living things, but breaks into very small and not sharp pieces. The tempering process takes place in special machines. Normal glass placed in the heating system is exposed to high temperatures in the range of 600 – 650 degrees and is shocked by sudden cooling processes. With these sudden cooling processes, the durability of the glass is increased and the glass tempering process is completed.
Laminated mirror undergoes similar processes as in laminated glass. We can produce 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm (single mirror lamination) or 4+4, 6+6, 8+8, 10+10 or 12+12 mm double laminated mirrors. The difference of the laminated mirror from the normal mirror is that it is safe, does not disperse when broken and does not harm people or living things, and today, there is a necessity for safe laminated mirrors in many areas of use (public, business, living spaces, automobile industry, etc.).
With UV printing technology, special non-flammable film surface is printed. Then, safe and patterned decorative glass is produced by making it a whole with the glass with special lamination technology. There is no fading or yellowing in colors. It is long lasting.
